Our largest conference room, The Margaret Clitherow Room is suitable for meetings up to 90 theatre style and 30 boardroom style. The Edmund Sykes Room for up to 50 theatre style and 20 boardroom.
We have five other meeting / conference rooms of various sizes and six syndicate rooms suitable for the smaller meeting or for use as breakout rooms.
Our competitive 24 hour and Day Delegate rates include Free Car Parking, the Meeting Room, Data Projector, OHP, Flip chart with Paper and Pens, cordials, mints, DVD/CD Player, Coffee/Tea and Biscuits on arrival, Coffee/Tea and Confectionary mid morning, Lunch, Tea/Coffee and Cakes mid afternoon and VAT. The 24 hour rate also includes Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. For a small additional charge we are happy to provide extras such as Muffins, Danish Pastries, or Bacon Sandwiches on arrival or Fresh Fruit. Wi-fi is available throughout the building. There is no charge for this service. A PC for guest use is available in the library with free internet and printing facilities.
